From the A30 west bound carriageway take
the exit marked Launceston, from the roundabout
take 4th exit on to Western Road A388
and follow this road past the Jet Garage
on the right, go past the town hall and
Launceston Castle which are on your right
DO NOT TURN OFF, go down the hill and
go forward at the traffic lights, at the
mini roundabout turn right on to Dutson
Road A388 signposted Holsworthy and Bude.
Keeping the White Horse Inn to your right
go straight across at the mini roundabout
by the Spar Shop continuing on the Holsworthy
road.
Drive slowly as approximately 150 yards
further along there is a private drive
just after some black painted railings
(some of the railings are missing) on
your left, by a seat and some traffic
mirrors.
The Lower Cleaverfield
drive is directly opposite a right turn
for Ridgegrove Lane.
Rose Cottage is marked number 5 towards
the top of the drive on your left, parking
spaces are marked. If needed, assistance
with turning and parking is available.
