We like to support other local businesses in the Launceston area and we buy as much locally produced ingredients as possible for our breakfast menu.
We use energy saving light bulbs and energy saving appliances.
We compost as much organic waste matter as possible.
We re-cycle glass, plastic and newspaper.
We grow our own vegetables.
To reduce the carbon footprint, we encourage our visitors to use public transport when possible.
We warmly welcome all walkers and cyclists.
We feed the birds and encourage birds to nest in the garden, this year we played host to a family of Wrens.
